Congratulations to Dotty. I love the fairy lights around your mirror and such a sweet bedroom - no wonder you want to snuggle in there! How lovely to have your daughter back for the weekend - I'm counting the days until my two are home for the holidays. Best wishes, Pj x
ReplyDeleteThank you so much Jooles- I'm very excited about winning!:D
ReplyDeleteI don't blame you wanting to snuggle up in bed- your room looks so cosy and pretty. Glad your lovely girl is coming back soon for a visit xx
Oh wow....it looks so cosy and warm with the candles and little lights...
ReplyDeletePerfect for those darker days! Love from Mirjam.
I'm a new reader/follower and still looking around, but your blog is really lovely. I hope you feel better soon. Enjoy your time with your daughter this weekend. :)
ReplyDeleteHi Jooles,
ReplyDeleteSorry you are feeling so tired....if I were you I would curl up in that cozy bed and snooze away!
Have a fab weekend with Sweet B :)
Hugs Caroline xxx
Congratulations Dotty!!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Dotty!
ReplyDeleteJooles I feel your tiredness. I am due to give birth in four weeks. My house is chaos, I have been sleeping on a sofa bed in our lounge for two weeks while the husband decorates our bedroom and I am not sleeping well. I can't nest as our entire bedroom is currently dotted around the house, and I feel like I have a thousand things to do, when all I want to do is sleep.
Horrid weather doesn't help. Be kind to yourself and have fun with Sweet B!!!! You sound like such a lovely mum.

Your mirror and lights are wonderful for the grey and wet days and your bedroom looks so cosy. When you are so tired take some more time to rest there before Sweet B comes for the weekend.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to Dotty! Love this beautiful post with its twinkly lights......I hope you can find some time to have a lovely big snooze in that pretty bed, dear Jooles. Btw.....glad to see we are back in sync!!
ReplyDeleteTake care, and have a wonderful weekend with your Sweet B.

Your home looks so wonderfully cosy and getting me all in the mood for winter. Loving the pretty mirror, and I am sure you are so looking forward to spending time with Sweet B, enjoy every minute! Thank you for sending me my little miss posie pecker, she is gorgeous and already demanding a little place to show herself off, so I suspect I will need to find her one, rather than make her wait for the tree. xoxo
ReplyDeleteHope you're feeling better soon. Sometimes there's nothing for it you just need a duvet day.
ReplyDeleteI love all the pretty lights - your home looks so cosy!
ReplyDeleteI hope you'll find a bit of energy from somewhere soon (if you do, please could you send me a bit too - mine's hiding this week)!!! Have a lovely weekend with your Sweet B!
Hugs,
Carly

Beautiful pics guaranteed to make us feel better and I know being with your sweet B is just what you need!
ReplyDeleteStop and smell those beautiful roses! I hope you are reading this with Sweet B nearby, cake on a plate and tea in a pretty mug...if you're still stressed on Monday, ring me and I'll come give you a break! Cxxx
ReplyDeleteHi Jooles,
ReplyDeleteJust found you via Stins place and I am already in love with your blog.
SO many beautiful pictures,
so many wonderful colours,
the roses,
the wall paper,
I just have to read more,

I do hope you had a good weekend with Sweet B.
ReplyDeleteLook after yourself Jooles. I know that 'desperate to climb into bed' feeling and reaching that stage so often ends badly, with illness that can't be ignored. The body has it's own way of making us listen ... it sounds like you need some recoup time X
I hope you are feeling better now Jooles, and that you feel rested and happier after a weekend with Sweet B. Take it easy if and when you can. I don't know if I ever said or not but I was thrilled that you were included in the MM book, you deserve it!
ReplyDeleteI made a hook roll for my mum, following your (excellent) instructions. I can't blog about it as my mum reads it but I'll try and email you a photo this week. xx
