It's giveaway day

Hello lovelies .....

It has been lovely this week

doing some soothing and simple stitching

with the prettiest of fabrics

I have had to use my brain a bit too much lately

(it's not used to too much activity, poor thing)

in a top secret project

I can't wait to tell you 

but

for now, my lips have to remain tightly sealed

It's VERY exciting though .....

my new 'Sew Sweet' buntings

I was having a much needed tidy in my sewing room recently
when I came across some bits of pretty bias binding
left over from my advent calendars
and it gave me an idea .....

..... so my sewing this week, has been all about
'Sew Sweet' Buntings
(get it?)
some beautiful new Liberty of London lifestyle fabrics
and some delightfully charming Tilda
The buntings all have 12 mini flags and 
 have a handmade patterned bias binding
 to make them extra pretty
(If I do say so myself)

Just before Christmas I was lucky enough to win a giveaway

 from the very fabulous Fee @ Chippernelly

such gorgeous Christmas blocks, she is such a clever girl

It was a 'carry it forward' giveaway
