Today my blog is one year old!
I really can't believe that
I have been blogging for one whole year
It took a lot of courage for me to take the plunge
(I'm a bit of a scaredy cat)
I ummed and ahhed for months
trying to pluck up the courage
I am very shy in 'real' life
but I can honestly say that I am so happy that I did
that I was brave
It has enriched my life

I'm sure your as much as blogging has enriched your life, that likewise other people's lives hav been enriched with your pictures and words. I love the fresh colours and gorgeous sewing....only problem is, given the choice of two things it's hard to pick....I think I would choose the needle case.

But to be honest I feel a bit uncomfortable because I don't have my own blog!!! Is it easy to start a blog? What if I spend a whole year blogging and don't have any followers? DeleteI commented on other peoples blogs for a looong time before i had my own, bloggers LOVE comments and really don't mind if their commentors have blogs or not. I found it fairly easy to start my own blog and in fact blogger have so many templates etc that you can really make your blog just how you want it.
I remember thinking the exact same things as you x
I tinkered around with mine for ages before I made it public, i found that that built my confidnce too.
Blogland is a lovely friendly place...you will get comments and followers. Personally i have found it truly inspiring and caring and other bloggers welcomed me with open arms...it is fab.
I'd say 'be brave and bite the bullet' and then if you don't like it, well you don't have to continue.
It will only take over your life if you want it too! it can be a wee bit addictive in an exciting way.
