I ♥ zinnias

I am in love with zinnias

I grew these from seed in the spring

their colours are extraordinary

I shall definitely be growing the again next year too

They just make my heart sing

Life is thankfully getting back to normal here
It is just wonderful to have our sweet B back home safe and sound
what a relief it was to see her at the airport
I was the mad mother waving and crying like a lunatic!

Don't forget there is still time to enter my giveaway
It will run until Thursday evening

Good luck

more soon

  2. Those Zinnia colours are so lovely - amazing!
Very happy to hear your girl is back. Myles was in a different place to us this weekend & that was bad enough. Dreamed that 5 of us were killed on the motorway & he was left on his own. Anxious, moi?

  4. Those colours are very reminiscent of your blanket. I am loving the dahlias at the moment - not in my garden, I hasten to add, I only manage to grow weeds! x

  5. They are gorgeous, such wonderful colours, I'm sure I bought some seeds to grow some, but haven't - must make more effort next year!

  6. So lovely!
I planted to large packets of these this year and not a single one came up.
I am going to try again next year, I was told that they would grow here, so I am determined!

  15. Zinnias would have to be the most cheery, Summer flower around.
For the last few years I have filled my Summer garden with them and they flower for a good five months, providing me with many bunches to cut and bring indoors.

So nice to see someone else has been bitten by the 'Zinnia Love Bug", lol...........

  16. Zinnias are indeed amazing. I have grown them for 2 years now and can't wait for next year to grow them again next time even more.
Mine are still hanging on in there and flowering, but sadly will have to be pulled up soon.

My other big love is dahlias especially my 'Pink Giraffe' heaven !!
